The RGGI carbon market simulator is designed to model demand and supply scenarios for the RGGI market. It assumes two possibilities for the supply scenario - either the continuation of the existing cap or the new exploratory scenario proposed by RGGI. The model also enables users to select a host of emission trajectories assuming different levels of decarbonization. The simulator aims to limit flexibility under the probable scenario while allowing users to explore various decarbonization pathways
