WCI Scenario Simulator v2.0

The WCI market simulator is designed to model the demand and supply for the linked California-Quebec program. The model allows users to choose their expected outcome of the CARB's program review underway, whether it be follows the current regulations or assumes new regulations along with a linkage to the Washington program. The simulator aims to simplify the California-Quebec cap-and-trade program.

Model Change Log:

This version of the simulator incorporates supply scenarios from CARB's April 2024 Workshop i.e, Smoothened Option 1, 2 etc.
