2030 Allowances Price and GHG Emissions Forecast for WCI Carbon Market | Analyst Note | Oct 2017

Based on the data on 2015 emissions, released by California Air Resources Board (CARB), the covered sector emissions accounted for 77.3% of the economy wide GHG emissions. It stands at 340.32 MMTCO2e compared to the California’s greenhouse gas emissions inventory of 440.4 MMTCO2e for the year 2015.
