The Morgan Offshore Wind Project Generation Assets has been granted development consent by the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. The project, awarded under the Round 4 Offshore Wind Licensing Arrangements, will have an approximate capacity of 1500 MW in the Irish Sea. The application, submitted by Morgan Offshore Wind Limited, underwent a six-month public and statutory consultation, with recommendations made to the Secretary of State on 29 May 2025. The Planning Inspectorate completed its review within statutory timelines. All examination evidence and recommendations are publicly available.
