Nexwell Power has signed long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with a subsidiary of a major U.S. tech company to supply 2,921 GWh of renewable electricity through 2040, with a potential increase to 4,857 GWh. Electricity will be generated from 145MWp of hybrid solar and battery assets in Spain, starting in 2026, with the capacity to expand to 250MWp. This deal supports decarbonization efforts, offers long-term price stability, and aligns with Nexwell’s strategy to enhance energy storage and grid flexibility.The agreement contributes to Nexwell Group’s goal of avoiding or sequestering 1 billion tons of CO₂ by the next decade while helping corporations meet sustainability targets.
