The Washington Department of Ecology is holding online public hearings on the Clean Fuel Standard rulemaking (Chapter 173-424 WAC) on July 22 at 10 a.m. PT and July 23 at 1 p.m. PT. Both sessions include a presentation, Q&A, and an opportunity for public comment (limited to 3 minutes). Written comments are also accepted online or by mail and must be submitted by August 1 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
