The Environmental Quality Commission today approved the Clean Fuels Program 2024 rulemaking, which makes changes and updates to both the Clean Fuels Program and the Third Party Verification Program’s rule divisions, along with adopting the OR-GREET 4.0 lifecycle fuel carbon intensity model to replace our current OR-GREET 3.0 model.
