Garrett Richardson

Garrett Richardson is an Environmental Commodities Trader at Targray, a global leader in renewable energy and carbon market solutions headquartered in Montreal. In his role, he focuses on trading Canadian carbon products like CFR, BC LCFS, BC OPBS, Alberta TIER credits and WCI credits. Before joining Targray, he worked as a data scientist at Microsoft. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from McGill University.

Scott Sharabura
Vice President, Operations, On the Run Charging

Scott Sharabura

Scott Sharabura has 25 years of experience in the energy sector. He is currently VP of Operations at On The Run Charging, leading the deployment of EV charging solutions, with 75+ DC fast charging stations and expansions into Ontario and Quebec in 2025. Scott is also a board member of Electric Mobility Canada. Previously, as VP of Strategy at Parkland Corporation, he developed the company’s energy transition strategy, focusing on renewable diesel, EV charging, hydrogen, solar, and carbon offsets. Before that, he worked with Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey and as a refinery process engineer at Imperial Oil. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
