The first auction saw only half the covered entities (that have a compliance obligation) participate. It also saw a record participation from investors. In this webinar we will review the latest dynamics and the outlook for the rest of the year.
We will also compare the auction results with our modeling of the Washington market and see how our assumptions are holding up.
