WCI & Washington Pre-Auctions Outlook: Auction #35 and #2, respectively

Every quarter we provide an outlook for the WCI auction (covering California and Quebec). From this quarter onwards we will also include the outlook for the Washington Cap and Invest program’s second auction.
The dates for this quarter’s auctions are:
WCI Auction #35 on May 17th 2023
Washington Cap and Invest Auction #2 on May 31st 2023
Our pre-auction outlook will cover an analysis of variables likely to influence emissions, activity in the secondary markets, macro-economic updates, and rules/ regulatory updates. We also provide outputs of the different cCarbon forecast models for WCI and Washington.
